Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

For your delivery booking for which a driver has been secured by a courier, no cancellation is allowed, and the Customer must pay the full amount of the delivery fee. Please check Track Page for delivery status and Wallet Page for transaction amount.

2. E-wallet account withdrawal

You may request a refund of the balance in your Wallet to your Philippine bank account or GCASH account. Please use the contact information below to request a refund. Refunds may take 1-3 business days.

What you need to include in your request.

  1. Your name and your company name registered
  2. Amount you request to have refunded
  3. Account to which TMSPH should send refund:
    • Bank Transfer: Bank name, Account name and Account number
    • GCASH: Account number
